anacronic patterns

Anachronic Patterns is made up of low-resolution meteorological maps of local Brooklyn weather patterns taken on October 29, 2012 during the landfall of DR-4085 Hurricane Sandy.

This was the first artwork I created after the storm ravished my Red Hook Brooklyn studio. It was exhibited in the Brooklyn Arts Council exhibition “For & About: Art & Reactions to Superstorm Sandy” in 2013.
